Start at Step One - Move on to the next step until you get to the step that worked
1) - Update EPG Manually - ( In JLTV App Settings - EPG - UPDATE EPG)
Make sure you changed the settings that were in your installation instructions to set your epg to update every 4 hours and update on start
2) - Clear Cache - (In Your Devices Android Settings - Applications - Manage Applications - Managed Installed Applications - Clear All Application Caches - CONFIRM)
3) Clear Data *IMPORTANT You MUST have you JLTV app login information ready to enter before doing this step)
(In Your Devices Android Settings - Applications - Manage Applications - Managed Installed Applications - Scroll Down and Select JLTV - Clear Data - CONFIRM)
