If your video is freezing but your sound is not

Channels usually freeze (Not Buffer) and sound usually continues because this is the primary channel provider trying to deter people from using IPTV, This is them constantly changing code within their system. The freeze is our provider switching code bringing the channel back.
It is a constant battle ,especially with local channels during news and other shows the original provider knows people will be watching and get tenured away from iptv.
The battle will always continue between the 2

Whenvideo freezes but sound continues, it usually points to a buffering/performance issue or codec conflict; try clearing cache, rebooting your device, adjusting playback settings (like buffer size or decoder to Software), checking your network, changing the User Agent, or using an external player like VLC as a workaround.

How To Use VLC Player (Will fix the issue with some firesticks that have this issue but will make switching channels slower and not as seamless)
---- Install VLC Player on your device from your devices app store
------Always allow all permissions it asks for (If you say no to anything it will not work)
-------In JLTV App Settings go to
                                             ---PLAYBACK
-----USE EXTERNAL PLAYER - CHANGE TO YES
----------ALWAYS SAY YES TO ANY PERMISIONS VLC ASKS FOR, SWITCH ANY TABS TO YES IT MAY SHOW ASKING FOR ACCCESS (NEVER SAY NO OR WILL NOT WORK)

Quick Fixes (Try these first)
      1. Switch channels and back again.
        Restart Device & Network
: Reboot your streaming box (Fire Stick, Shield) and your modem/router for 10 mins.
      2. Clear Cache: In JLTV settings, go to Storage > Clear Cache.
      3. Check Network: Run a speed test to ensure a stable connection, and if using a VPN, try a different server.

Settings Adjustments
      1. Playback Settings: Go to JLTV Settings > Playback.
        • Buffer Size: Try "Medium," "Small," or "None" if your internet is fast.
        • Decoder: Change from "Auto" to "Software".
        • Auto Frame Rate (AFR): Experiment with the "Switch rate for 50/60 FPS only" option if available in recent versions.
      2. User Agent: In Settings > General > User Agent, try changing the string to match your provider's requirements.

Advanced/Other Solutions
      1. Manage Background Apps: Use an app like "Background Apps and Process List" to close unnecessary apps consuming resources on your device.
      2. Update/Reinstall: Make sure and your device's firmware are updated.
      3. Use VLC: Temporarily play problematic channels in an external player like VLC by selecting "Open with..." for a more permanent fix on difficult streams.
